What is Greene Turtle Rewards?
It is The Greene Turtle’s loyalty program that rewards our guests. Members earn points for qualifying purchases (1 point for every $1.00 spent before tax and gratuity) and when 200 points are reached, a $10 Reward will automatically be applied to your account. The Reward can be redeemed on food, beverage and merchandise at any Greene Turtle location. Greene Turtle Rewards members are also eligible for many other offers, discounts and rewards, including 100 points just for registering your card, and a free burger or sandwich for your birthday.
How Do I Join?
Just stop by any Greene Turtle location and ask to join the Greene Turtle Rewards program. A Team Member will give you a card along with instructions on how to register your card. You will receive your card and begin earning points immediately on the same visit.
Does It Cost Anything to Join?
Nothing at all! It’s free to join.
How Do I Register My Card?
You can register your card by clicking here, or downloading the free Greene Turtle Rewards mobile application that can be found in the App Store or Google Play Store. Just fill out the short form and then we’ll add 100 bonus points to your account.
How Do I Earn Points?
You earn points just for purchasing food, drinks and merchandise at any Greene Turtle location. For each dollar you spend you will receive one point. Points are not awarded on tax, gratuity or gift card purchases. Please note, you can only earn up to 300 points prior to registering your card.
Can I Use a Coupon and Still Earn Points?
Yes, but you will only earn points for the dollars spent during that visit before tax & gratuity. You will not receive points for any free items or for the coupon offer. For example, if your check is $50 and you redeem a 20% off coupon, you will earn 40 points for that visit.
When Will the Points Appear on My Card?
Points are issued when your check is paid. You will be given a receipt with your updated points total at the end of each visit. You can also view your points by accessing your account online here or through The Greene Turtle Rewards mobile application that can be found in the App Store or Google Play Store
What Are the Rewards?
Every time you make a qualifying purchase, you earn points. When you reach 200 points you will automatically receive a $10.00 Reward in your account. You will receive 100 bonus points once you complete your registration. During your birthday month, you will also receive a reward for a free sandwich or burger. Members will also have access to special promotions and receive exclusive member-only offers.
Can I Refer Someone To Get A Rewards Card?

When Can I Spend My Rewards?
As soon as a Reward has been loaded into your account, it may be redeemed. Please note, only one reward may be redeemed per visit and cannot be used in combination with any other coupon.
How Can I Use My Rewards?
Your $10 Reward is just like cash and you can use it on any menu item or merchandise. Other Rewards are valid on the items listed in the Reward. Unfortunately Rewards cannot be used with Gift Card purchases.
Will My Points Expire?
No, as long as a qualifying purchase is made at least once every 12 months. Accounts that have no activity during a 12 month period are automatically cancelled, and any points earned are forfeited.
Will My Rewards Expire?
Yes. $10 Rewards are valid for 90 days. Other rewards, such as the birthday reward (up to $9.99 value), are valid for 30 days.
What Happens If I Don’t Have My Card When I Visit?
No problem. If you downloaded The Greene Turtle Rewards mobile application from the App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device, you can use the Check-In option and then give your server the code generated by the app, or a server can look up your account simply by using the phone number you provided during account registration.
When I Redeem a Reward Do I Still Earn Points?
Yes, but only on the portion of your check that is net of your reward. For example, if your check is $41 and you redeem a $10 Reward, you will earn 31 points for that visit.
Can I Earn Points for a Private Party Event?
Yes! The person paying the check for the private party will receive the points on their account, provided they were a member prior to booking of the event. The maximum number of points a member can receive for a private party event is 5,000. Note that points are not issued for tax, gratuity, or any rental charges.
Can I Use My Greene Turtle Rewards at All Greene Turtle Locations?
Yes, Greene Turtle Rewards are valid at all Greene Turtle locations!
What Do I Do If I Lose My Card?
No worries. We will be happy to issue you another card at any Greene Turtle location. Please ask for a Manager and all of your information, including your points and rewards, will be transferred over to the new card number.
Why Don’t I Receive Emails From The Greene Turtle?
Email providers process email in different ways and your provider might mistake our email for spam, so check your spam folder. To help ensure delivery, add rewards@thegreeneturtle.com to your safe-send list.
